TATU - Thuringian graduates in Thuringian enterprises

As an interface between study and professional life, we promote the networking between students, university and working environment. By establishing ties between the students and graduates of the Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences and other Thuringian universities and regional enterprises, a workplace-related human resources development is pursued at an early stage, and the employability of the students is improved.

We provide advice to graduates and students of all departments, and support them  to "smoothly step into working life". Our service includes:

• Workshops on key skills which are relevant for the job
• Job & internship market
• Organisation of career networking fairs and excursions

It is important to us to determine the qualifications and interests of the students and graduates, and put them across to the enterprise of their choice. 

Enterprises are therefore given the opportunity to benefit from the students’ current know-how and to attract academic skilled staff. At the same time, the students gather work experience during their studies and get to know the potential employers of Thuringia.

Moreover, we provide a platform for the enterprises, organisations and institutions of Thuringia for presenting themselves to the students and graduates.
